A leading advisory firm in Montreal seeks a Legal Assistant to support legal teams by providing quality service, managing documents, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in a legal support role, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This position offers a supportive environment to grow professionally.
As a Legal Assistant with EY Law LLP, you will provide our clients with quality service. Our team provides commercial, corporate and partnership law advisory services, including corporate due-diligences, corporate re-organizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, transfer pricing, drafting commercial contracts and drafting employment policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will support legal teams by providing comprehensive administrative and document management assistance. This role is integral in ensuring efficient operations within the legal department, allowing for seamless workflow and enhanced service delivery.
