Job summary

Thermal Systems in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Journeyman Cladder to join our team for full-time projects starting later this season. You will install exterior cladding, membranes, insulation, caulking and adhesives, erect scaffolding, and operate swing stages, all while maintaining safety and quality.

Applicants must have 2 years of cladding experience, hold Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform, and CSTS tickets (or be willing to obtain), pass a drug/alcohol test, have reliable transportation, and

Qualifications

• 2 years of cladding experience.
• Valid Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform, and CSTS safety tickets, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass an alcohol and drug test.
• Reliable transportation to site.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install exterior cladding to a high quality standard on commercial buildings.
• Install membranes and insulation.
• Apply caulking and adhesives.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding.
• Set up, move and dismantle swing stages.
