Force Inspection Services is seeking a skilled 2nd Year Cladding Installer to join our team in the Red Deer/Blackfalds, Alberta area. This role offers hands-on installation of exterior cladding systems and mentorship for building your trade.

You will read blueprints, measure and fit materials, and work outdoors at heights. A valid driver's license and reliable, punctual teamwork are essential for year-round, full-time work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on cladding installation experience.
• Able to read basic blueprints and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install exterior cladding systems (metal, ACM, etc.) with increasing independence.
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Assist in mentoring 1st year installers and apprentices.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor installation issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
• Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and site coordination.
