Job summary

Thermal Systems in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Journeyman Cladder to join our team for full-time projects starting later this season. You will install exterior cladding, membranes, insulation, caulking and adhesives, erect scaffolding, and operate swing stages, all while maintaining safety and quality.

Applicants must have 2 years of cladding experience, hold Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform, and CSTS tickets (or be willing to obtain), pass a drug/alcohol test, have reliable transportation, and

Qualifications

• 2 years of cladding experience.
• Valid Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform, and CSTS safety tickets, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass an alcohol and drug test.
• Reliable transportation to site.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Type: Full-time

Salary/Benefits:

• $35/hour -$40/hour based on experience
• Comprehensive Benefits plan after 1 month of employment

Summary:

We are currently looking for Journeyman Cladders to work full-time on projects in Winnipeg starting July 27th.

What You Will Do:

• Install a variety of products to a high quality standard, in a safe and timely manner, on the outside of commercial buildings.
• Install membranes and insulation
• Apply caulking and adhesives
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding
• Set up, move, and dismantle swing stages

Requirements:

• 2 years of Cladding Experience
• Valid Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform, and CSTS safety tickets, or willingness to go for safety certification
• The ability to pass an alcohol and drugs test
• A reliable means of transportation to get to site
• Ability to lift loads up to and including 50lbs
