Job summary

The 401 Group in Kitchener is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead the Parts department, ensuring fast, accurate parts support for technicians and customers. You will drive profitability, train staff, and maintain supplier relationships to keep the service team running smoothly.

You will manage inventory, pricing, warranties, and wholesale relations, while coaching a team to deliver exceptional service in a high-energy dealership environment.

We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our fast-paced dealership team! In this vital role, you’ll help power the service department by providing technicians and customers with the right parts—quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 per year

Our Parts manager will help to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the Parts department will strive to develop an action plan for the department profitability. They will train and motivate employees to meet and exceed business and customer expectations!

What You Will Be Doing:
