The 401 Group of Companies is seeking an Automotive General Manager in Hamilton, ON to lead a high-performance dealership team across sales, service, finance, and fixed operations. You will oversee all staff, drive growth, and ensure an outstanding customer experience at the 1655 Upper James St location.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive leadership, 3+ years managing teams, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry with strong management background.
• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry.
• Sales experience required.
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be organized, responsible, able to abide by safety requirements.

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Automotive General Manager to take the wheel and lead our dealership to the next level of success. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the dealership—from sales and service to finance and fixed operations—while building a motivated team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Location: 1655 Upper James St, Hamilton ON

Hours: Varies - Monday to Saturday

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively and run a profitable dealership. We provide you the tools and training required to excel in this position.

What You Will Be Doing:

What You Bring to the Table:
