Preferred Auto & Fleet Service in Thunder Bay, Ontario seeks a full-time Experienced Service Advisor. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience and performance, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role.
• Ability to clearly explain mechanical repairs and recommend services without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in need of auto repairs in person and over the phone.
• Take down repair information, answer questions, and communicate with the service team about the vehicle's progress.
• Create repair orders, present estimates, and recommend additional maintenance or upgrades.
• Resolve any concerns and gain customer approval for the work.
