This in-person role places you as the vital link between customers and technicians, communicating service needs, estimates and repair plans while delivering excellent service and value. You will greet customers, explain procedures, coordinate with technicians, and responsibly manage cash handling while upselling when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous Canadian Tire or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge from training or experience.
• Proven customer service and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience in sales or upselling automotive services.
• Familiarity with repair processes and parts inventory management.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Enthusiastic team player with proactive attitude toward learning.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Experience

• Previous Canadain Tire or dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience in sales or upselling automotive services effectively
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and parts inventory management
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude towards learning and growth
