The Supply Chain group is a dynamic team supporting purchasing, material management, and leadership activities. A solid education in Supply Chain and strong personal competencies are essential. Being a team player and effective communicator with clients, vendors, and colleagues is crucial.

This position provides leadership in management activities, primarily focusing on project expediting on medium- to large-sized EPFC projects. Key responsibilities include supplier negotiations and managing expediting processes from purchase to project close-out.

Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Participate in planning and executing expediting activities.
  2. Manage material management status from purchase to receipt.
  3. Develop and oversee all expediting activities.
  4. Supervise personnel and provide development opportunities.
  5. Review and act on planning reports to support fabrication or construction.
  6. Maintain high ethical standards in material management.
  7. Manage staff and foster professional growth.
  8. Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  9. Analyze situations, forecast problems, and recommend solutions.
  10. Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  11. Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  12. Support health, safety, environmental, and sustainability policies.
  13. Develop core skills and may require travel.
  14. Attend to attendance and punctuality.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Expediting Specific Duties
  1. Collaborate with Material Manager on staffing expediting functions.
  2. Manage expediting activities in compliance with project plans.
  3. Interact with project stakeholders to meet expediting goals.
  4. Manage diverse personnel within the project team.
  5. Coordinate with Distributed Execution Centers.
  6. Prepare and maintain management and shop expediting plans and procedures.
Candidate Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Job Requirements
  • Accredited four-year degree or equivalent with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience without a degree.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Ability to learn applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
Additional Information

Salary Range: $98,500 to $182,500

Market Rate: Typically at the mid-point, with variations based on qualifications and location.
