Job summary

Infoblox is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches for Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level roles from our Burnaby, BC office. You will partner with executive leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners to deliver strategic talent-market counsel and a high-quality candidate experience.

The role requires 12+ years in executive search or Talent Acquisition, with a proven ability to manage complex searches across engineering, product, GTM, and G&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, business, psychology, communications, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive executive search or corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading Senior Director, VP and SVP-level searches across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define role outcomes, leadership competencies, and search strategy.
• Develop targeted research and sourcing strategies across networks, referrals, and internal talent pools.
• Build diverse executive pipelines for senior leadership roles across corporate, product, engineering, GTM, and G&A.
• Assess leadership talent through structured, competency-based conversations aligned with role outcomes.
