Job description

Gilmore Partners is looking to add another team member to continue its industry-leading client service and delivery. Established in 1985, Gilmore Partners has been servicing the executive recruitment needs of professional services firms across North America for 40 years.

The Executive Search Consultant will exclusively be involved with client development (80% of the time) and some candidate development (20% of the time) for our accounting and finance clients in various geographic areas across North America. In joining Gilmore Partners, you will be supported with the ability to work with industry-leading clients, use best-in-class software tools (including AI automation where appropriate), and have access to dedicated research and administrative assistant support, all so you can be laser-focused on meaningful candidate development to deliver to our clients.

While this is a fully remote role, we require someone to work EST core hours, as the rest of the team is based there.

Our ideal candidate would need to have the following at a minimum:

• 3+ years of recruitment firm experience working in a business development capacity
• Someone who can show and demonstrate the ability to connect with clients and build proper, long-term, trusted relationships
• Someone who is driven and results-oriented
