Job summary

Nova Scotia Health Authority seeks an Executive Leadership Coach to partner with physician leaders, align development with LEADS, and drive team and career growth. You will deliver programs, coach individuals and groups, and embed leadership concepts across the Medical Affairs portfolio.

The role emphasizes trusted relationships, confidentiality and provincial accountability within Medical Affairs, with a hybrid work model in Halifax.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in health care.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coaching leaders/executives.
• Relevant certifications in professional coaching (ICF).
• Skills in leadership development and training with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized leadership programs aligned with framework.
• Provide one-to-one and group coaching for physicians and leaders.
• Build relationships with physician community and staff across the organization.
• Support engagement, retention, career development and conflict navigation.
