Fully remote within Canada, you will collaborate with NS health authorities, MD leads, and product teams to strengthen virtual care and ensure high-quality experiences for patients and providers. This role focuses on provincial growth and cross-provincial alignment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practise medicine in Nova Scotia.
• Strong familiarity with the Nova Scotia healthcare system, workflows, and physician community.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving digital health environment.
• Experience in medical leadership, administration, or business is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Grow and strengthen Nova Scotia’s physician presence by recruiting and onboarding NS physicians and shaping workflows.
• Support provincial operations and quality through refining clinical workflows and ensuring compliance.
• Provide strategic clinical leadership and liaise with health authorities and partners.
• Participate in cross-provincial MD Lead initiatives and coordinate communications and engagement across Canada.
