Job summary

Extendicare is seeking an Executive Director for the Trillium Court Long Term Care facility in Ontario. You will lead a large, multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care, safety, and quality. The role demands strong financial stewardship, regulatory acumen, and collaboration across the Extendicare network.

Relocation assistance is available. A university degree and a 100-hour LTC administration program are required, with a minimum of five years’ health management experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of health management experience including budgeting and financial analysis.
• Experience leading a sizeable multidisciplinary team in a unionized environment.
• Working knowledge of KPI driven business planning and regulatory requirements for LTC.
• Commitment to person-centred care and senior wellness.
