Extendicare is seeking an Executive Director for their Long-Term Care homes across Ontario, Alberta, and Manitoba, including an immediate opening in Brandon, Manitoba. The role focuses on leadership, strategic planning, and operational management, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a university degree in Health, Gerontology, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of health management experience. Extendicare offers a relocation bonus of $5,000 for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant health management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and engage a sizeable multidisciplinary team.
• Working knowledge of business planning processes and KPIs.
