Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, business advisory, or a similar role, with a focus on SMEs.
• Proven ability to develop business plans, financial projections, and strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current state of small businesses, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop tailored growth strategies, including market entry, product development, and sales expansion plans.
• Provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and access to funding.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency, process optimization, and resource allocation.
• Support businesses in developing effective marketing and customer relationship management strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for business owners and their staff.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis relevant to the SME sector.
• Manage client relationships and ensure the successful implementation of recommended strategies.
