Are you an experienced Executive Coach who is passionate about developing senior leaders and helping them perform at their best? This newly created opportunity combines high-level executive coaching with leadership facilitation, working with leaders from VP level through to the C-suite. You’ll join a growing leadership consultancy where you can focus on meaningful client work while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Our client is a growing Canadian executive coaching and leadership development consultancy that partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capability, communication, and team performance.
Working with leaders from the front line through to the C-suite, the organization provides executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and assessment services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand for senior executive coaching, they are adding a newly created Senior Associate to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Coach and Facilitator who enjoys working directly with senior leaders and wants to join an established leadership consultancy while continuing to build meaningful client relationships.
The position will be approximately 70% executive coaching and 30% facilitation, with the primary focus being one-on-one coaching of senior executives including CEOs, C-suite executives, SVPs, VPs and General Managers.
The successful candidate will ideally bring practical leadership experience themselves and have subsequently transitioned into executive coaching, leadership development, or a related field.
This is not a traditional coaching position. Our client is looking for someone with the credibility, presence and judgment to sit across from a senior executive, quickly establish trust, understand complex leadership challenges, and constructively challenge their thinking.
There is also a commercial element to the position. You will develop trusted relationships with existing clients, participate in prospective client conversations and help identify opportunities to expand relationships across coaching, leadership development and assessment services.
There are no direct reports, and the role is focused on coaching, facilitation and client delivery rather than designing content from scratch.
We are looking for an accomplished Executive Coach who combines strong coaching capability with executive presence, commercial judgment, curiosity and excellent relationship-building skills.
Ideally, you have held a meaningful leadership position earlier in your career and can bring practical, real-world leadership experience into your coaching conversations rather than approaching leadership purely from a theoretical perspective.
Candidates who have previously built or operated their own executive coaching or leadership consulting practice could be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
This could be particularly attractive to an established Executive Coach who loves the actual work of coaching and developing leaders but would welcome the stability, collaboration and infrastructure of an established organization.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
This is a fully remote position with Toronto as a preferred location.
