Job summary

Results Business Consultants seeks an Executive Business Coach to work with clients in Calgary/Edmonton, guiding leaders to move from knowledge to execution. You’ll facilitate sessions, develop leadership habits, and drive execution across client organizations.

The role involves delivering weekly meetings, full-day planning, and participating in events, with a focus on measurable client results and ongoing education. Calgary-based, with a dynamic, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business experience in entrepreneurship or senior leadership in a mid to large size organization.
• Experience in people management, including hiring, performance feedback, and development.
• Experience with profit and loss accountability and converting top-line revenue to bottom-line income.
• Proven track record of achieving extraordinary business results.
• Experience in facilitating strategic and operational planning processes.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the Results Execution System including weekly meetings, full-day planning sessions, ad-hoc client communication (phone, email), and participation in marketing events program.
• Ensuring client files are kept up to date and accurate.
• Accountable for clients achieving measurable results through the implementation of the Results Business Consultants System.

A unique opportunity

Executive Business Coach — but not your typical one. At Results, the title you’ll carry is Business Execution Specialist, because the work goes further than coaching from the sidelines. You’re in the room as clients clarify their vision, build their strategy, and — most importantly — actually execute it.

We’re looking for an impactful facilitator and work colleague to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is helping clients close the gap between knowing what to do and doing it: teaching best practices for running a small to medium-sized business, and building the leadership habits that make execution stick.

Experience

We welcome applicants with a variety of experiences, including but not limited to:

• A minimum of 10 years of business experience in entrepreneurship or senior leadership in a mid to large size organization.
• Experience in people management, including hiring, performance feedback, and development.
• Experience with profit and loss accountability and converting top-line revenue to bottom-line income.
• A proven track record of achieving extraordinary business results.
• Experience in facilitating strategic and operational planning processes.

Expectations

Client Engagement Work

• Delivery of the Results Execution System which includes weekly meetings, full-day planning sessions, ad-hoc client communication (phone, email), and reasonable participation in our marketing events program.
• Ensuring client files are kept up to date and accurate.
• Accountable for clients achieving measurable results through the implementation of the Results Business Consultants System.

Personal Development

• Attend education and learning sessions.
• Read tons of books and articles.

Business Growth

• Participating in internal team meetings to contribute to our strategic growth plan.
• Supporting our events program for clients by attending and assisting with setup.

Time Commitment (4-5 days per week with a full client roster) Business Execution Sessions with clients: 75%, Admin: 20%, Events: 5%
