Job summary

Central Alberta Co-op is seeking an energetic Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive team. This role requires being in the know, behind the scenes, and making things happen across meetings, events, and projects.

Full-time 40 hours/week with benefits after 3 months. Availability Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, multi-tasking, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced coop environment.

Qualifications

• Administrative, executive support, office coordination, event planning, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Confidence with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, coordinating events, or working with a Board of Directors would be a great asset.

Responsibilities

• Own the details - coordinate meetings, calendars, deadlines, agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-ups.
• Bring events to life - plan and coordinate AGM, workplace events, leadership meetings, and activities.
• Keep our CEO one step ahead - provide executive support and help priorities stay on track.
• Be the master of many moving pieces - juggle priorities, deadlines, and projects while keeping details.
• Put your creative side to work - bring fresh ideas to events, meetings, communications, and team initiatives.
• Keep us connected and organized - maintain records, policies, membership info, directories, and docs.
• Be a trusted go-to person - handle confidential information and support leaders across the organization.

Central Alberta Co-op is looking for an energetic, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive team.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-instructions kind of role. We're looking for someone who loves being in the know, behind the scenes, and making things happen. From Board meetings and special projects to workplace events and everything in between, you'll be the person helping keep the details organized and the wheels turning.

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Monday to Friday

What You'll Do
