Job summary

The Executive Assistant is directly accountable to the Deputy Chief Medical Officer - Saskatoon of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and provides executive and project support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining the office of the Deputy Chief Medical Officer.

The incumbent works closely with the Physician Executive team to assist in operational objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a role related to executive support.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and project support in a one-on-one working relationship with the Deputy Chief Medical Officer Saskatoon.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on office matters.
• Act as a liaison to the portfolio and Physician Executive team and support efficient operation of the Deputy Chief Medical Officer's office.
• Research, analyze and develop policies, briefings and proposals as required; coordinate and manage projects.
