Central Alberta Co-op Ltd. is seeking an energetic, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive team in Red Deer, AB. This role requires managing calendars, meetings, and confidential projects while keeping operations running smoothly.
You will help plan AGM and workplace events, coordinate leadership meetings, and ensure deadlines and minutes are accurately tracked. A proactive, proactive communicator with strong organizational skills will thrive here.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-instructions kind of role. We’re looking for someone who loves being in the know, behind the scenes, and making things happen. From Board meetings and special projects to workplace events and everything in between, you’ll be the person helping keep the details organized and the wheels turning.
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Monday to Friday
