The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organization in South Edmonton, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team and provide high level support to the President & CEO, CFO and Board of Directors .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Executive Support - Manage the complex calendar of the President & CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
  • Board & Leadership Coordination - Prepare, organize, and track board reports, executive meetings, and presentations.
  • International Travel & Guest Management - Arrange travel, secure necessary visas, and oversee international guest arrangements.
  • Meeting Management - Attend, minute, and track action items for executive meetings.
  • Office Oversight - Supervise Reception, Switchboard, and Records Management functions.
  • ERP & Financial Reporting - Support SAP (ERP) report generation and provide financial oversight where required.
  • Confidential Documentation - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of experience in a senior administrative role supporting executives.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Legal, Administration, or Business.
  • Expertise in Board-level documentation and presentations.
  • Strong financial acumen - lease-related legal knowledge is an asset.
  • Technical Proficiency - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Onboard, Xero, and SAP (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with international business travel and protocols.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for board meetings and executive retreats
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, to provide professional and knowledgeable support.
