Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly energetic and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our team and oversee smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, extroverted professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily workflow with efficiency and discretion.
  • Oversee and manage the entire office environment, ensuring optimal organization and functionality.
  • Act as a key point of contact between executives and employees, fostering clear and positive communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly.
  • Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files with precision.
  • Utilize Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to streamline tasks and communication.
  • Support HR and team engagement efforts by organizing events, meetings, and staff interactions.
  • Proactively handle operational issues and anticipate the needs of the executive and broader team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, approachable, and extroverted.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite is essential.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
