Qualifications

• College Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or related field.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain AGCO registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EVS operations to keep public spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Hire, train, evaluate, recognize and develop staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Ensure compliance with AGCO regulations and health/safety rules.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Report issues and maintain high personal appearance standards.
