Job summary

Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a friendly Valet to greet guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a positive arrival and departure experience. You will work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced casino environment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a professional appearance.
• Provide information on events and promotions.
• Handle vehicle transport safely.
• Complete incident reports and document vehicles on arrival.
