As an Evidence Technician working in the Evidence & Property Unit (EPU), you will be involved with highly sensitive and confidential information and are responsible for maintaining property seized or recovered by police officers. Primary duties include:
Exposure to hazardous material such as bodily fluids, mold, drug substances, lead, needles, etc. is common; appropriate personal protective equipment is utilized. Regular exposure to potentially disturbing images and text, victim's personal effects, etc. Work Environment: warehouse and office environment, regularly dealing with difficult and or distraught customers.

Compensation: Pay Grade 8 $39.00 - 52.14 per hour
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week.
Days of work: This position works a 5 day work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
