Canada’s Wonderland in Vaughan is seeking a Seasonal Events & Execution Assistant to coordinate Group Sales and Sponsorship events. You will be the link between clients, sales teams, and park departments, ensuring seamless operations and memorable experiences.

Reporting to the Activation Manager, you will support on-site event execution and sponsor activations. Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong MS Office, Salesforce CRM experience a plus, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 50+

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license (G/G2) for golf cart operation.
• Availability that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
