Job summary

Canada’s Wonderland is hiring for a guest services role. You will greet guests, provide information on pricing and promotions, and guide them through ticket and season pass sales, upgrades, and parking transactions.

You’ll handle complex sales with accuracy to uphold our high service standards and help guests with entry verification. Ideal candidates are at least 15 years old, capable of standing for long periods, and available on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 15 and eligibility to work in Canada.
• Ability to stand for long periods and bend as required.
• Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide park information including pricing and promotions.
• Complete ticket and season pass sales, upgrades and parking tolls transactions.
• Handle complex sales with accuracy to maintain high service standards.
• Assist guests with tickets and verify eligibility to re-enter the park.
• Perform other duties as required.

This is a vacant position. Candidates 15-17 years of age earn $16.60 / hour.Candidates must be a minimum age of 15.
