Job summary

Canada’s Wonderland is hiring a guest services team member to greet guests, provide park information, and process ticket and season pass sales. You will verify entry, assist with upgrades, and help with other duties as needed. The role emphasizes delivering warm, efficient service in a busy theme park environment.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and able to stand for long periods. Prior retail or POS experience is beneficial, and flexibility with weekday/weekend/evening/holiday shifts

Qualifications

• Applicants must be minimum 15 years old.
• Ability to bend and stand for long periods.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Previous retail sales and POS experience.
• Availability includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays (5-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide park information including pricing and promotions.
• Complete ticket and season pass sales, upgrades and parking tolls transactions.
• Handle complex sales with accuracy to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with accepting tickets and verifying eligibility to re-enter.
• Assist with other duties as required.

Overview

$17.60 / hour
This is a vacant position. Candidates 15-17 years of age earn $16.60 / hour. Candidates must be a minimum age of 15.

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.
