Altis Technology is seeking 2 friendly and reliable Event Support Staff for a conference at the Fairmont in Whistler, BC. You will help with registration, greet attendees, hand out badges and materials, and assist with logistical tasks to ensure a smooth experience for about 400 attendees.
These short-term roles require strong communication, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude. Breakfast, snacks, and lunch are provided during conference days, and candidates from all backgrounds are welcome
Location: Whistler, BC, On-site at the Fairmont
Language: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Duration: September 14: 2 staff members required, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., pre-registration
September 15: 2 staff members required, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
September 16: 2 staff members required, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Background Check Requirement: A background check and reference check are required for this position.
