Responsibilities:
  1. Operate as Coat Check Attendant, Usher, and Ticket Scanner as scheduled.
  2. Examine tickets and direct guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
  3. Aid patrons with disabilities or special needs to find appropriate seats or sections.
  4. Greet arriving guests and answer questions about showtimes, events, or parking.
  5. Lead and direct guests to various areas of the venue in a personable and inclusive manner.
  6. Assess situations from afar and assist guests if needed.
  7. Communicate guest needs to internal stakeholders.
  8. Monitor areas and guest conduct to ensure safety and service quality.
  9. Follow emergency procedures and know all venue exits.
  10. Perform other duties as required.
  11. Greet guests at coat check, organize coats, and return items efficiently.
  12. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coat check area.
  13. Complete paperwork for lost or stolen items and follow up as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in hospitality is an asset but not required.
  2. Experience handling cash or PAT devices is an asset but not required.
  3. Desire to make guest experiences memorable and special.
  4. Humble, reliable, kind-spirited, with a confident attitude.
  5. Respectful, professional, fun, and jovial demeanor.
  6. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
  7. Ability to work calmly under pressure and follow directions.
  8. Responsible, with a strong work ethic in a dynamic environment.
  9. Ability to work independently and in a team, juggling multiple tasks.
  10. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, occasional movement inside, using hands and fingers for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 15 pounds, typical office environment conditions.
