The CHEO Foundation is seeking an Event Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for events. This full-time role requires excellent project management and communication skills to handle participant and donor support, data management, and event logistics. Reporting to the Director, Lotteries and Events, the Event Coordinator plays a key support role, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, participant, donor and team support. This position will handle a variety of tasks such as managing event-related enquiries, organizing meetings, data entry, maintaining files and supporting event logistics leading up to and during event day.
You are a great communicator who is a self-starter, highly organized and has great attention to detail. You are able to successfully juggle multiple projects and reprioritize as needed. You are a problem solver, have great intuition and are able to meet deadlines. You are a team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude. The Event Coordinator will manage multiple tasks while upholding the CHEO Foundation brand.
