Pratt & Whitney Canada in Mirabel, QC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the evening shift to oversee engine production lines at Plant 15. Strong organizational skills, proven leadership, and a focus on quality are essential.

This full-time role requires working Monday to Thursday evenings on-site, leading teams, meeting safety and production KPIs, and driving process improvements in a high-tech aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, business administration, or a related field; an engineering degree is an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership and proven team management skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams, projects, or processes.
• Strong focus on quality and service excellence in a demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engine assembly operations in a high-tech environment.
• Motivate and energize the team to achieve high employee engagement.
• Achieve KPIs for health and safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
• Assist with budget development, management, recruitment and hiring.
• Supervise and coordinate shift changes; lead meetings with managers.
