Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Quebec is seeking a logistics coordinator to support inbound and outbound shipments during evening hours. You will act as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

You will verify product counts, log cash received where applicable, and enter data into the WMS scheduler while maintaining strong communication with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
• Flexible schedule, weekends if needed; fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers
• May receive, count and log cash received by carriers
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system
• Notify carriers and team of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler
