Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service and technical support in an academic/office setting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and basic file prep for printing and scanning (PDF, Creative Suite, MS Office).
• Ability to troubleshoot printer, software and file issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Open/close printing room after hours during busy periods.
• Assist students with afterhours requests via schedule.
• Help users with printers and ensure proper procedures and usage of materials.
