Hourly Salary: $38.46 Position Start Date: 2027-01-04 Position End Date: 2027-04-30 Deadline to Apply: 2026-10-30

Responsibilities
  • Prepare course materials and help with delivery of resource material to students via MYCOURSES.
  • Review and provide feedback on student assignments.
  • Engage with students in course-related meetings and semi-structured workshop exercises .
Qualifications
  • Graduate student enrolled in a post-professional Master's or doctoral program in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Preference for students who previously completed the course.
  • Working knowledge of urban design, planning, and landscape-related issues.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written communication and academic writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive rapport with students.
  • Ability to respond effectively to student inquiries and provide academic support.
  • Experience evaluating assignments, papers, and examinations, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and, if required, delivering one or more lectures during the term
