Job summary

VinFast Canada is seeking a Service Assistant in Langley to support the Service Centre team with daily tasks across Sales, Service and Delivery. You will assist the Service and Parts teams in servicing vehicles and handling customer interactions as VinFast expands across Canada.

Qualifications

High school diploma or relevant work experience.
Luxury or EV industry experience preferred but not required.
Ability to solve problems quickly in a busy environment.
Passion for customer service and the EV industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems.
Valid driver's license and clean record.
Ability to stand 8 hours and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in Sales, Service, and Delivery with a customer-first approach.
Support Service Department with daily tasks.
Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales.
Assist Parts Team with receiving, stocking, and delivery of parts.
Improve service center productivity by supporting Advisors, Technicians, and Parts.
Stage vehicles as needed; wash vehicles.
Oversee lot organization and cleanliness.
Provide vehicle pickup and delivery services for customers.
Perform other admin and support duties as needed.
