Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience, EV or luxury experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; Salesforce or DMS experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible to work Saturdays and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Courteously answer calls, messages and walk-ins to address customer concerns with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate customer appointments, allocate time, and perform final inspection before vehicle return.
• Record issues in Dealer Management System (DMS) and advise on maintenance requirements.
• Arrange mobility solutions such as shuttle, rideshare, loaner or rental vehicle.
• Explain benefits/risks of repairs and track progress with customers.
• Keep customers informed on service progress and satisfaction.
