• Excellent communication with clients about estimates and procedures.
• Cash handling procedures and sales techniques experience.

Overview/Responsibilities:

• Utilize dealership and automotive repair knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
• Collaborate with autobody technicians to ensure accurate assessment of repair needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair estimates, upselling additional services when necessary, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Accurately completes estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts.
