Job summary

Lift Auto Group in Stony Plain, AB, is seeking an Estimator to join our repair team. Detailed vehicle damage assessments and precise repair estimates will be your focus, working closely with autobody technicians.

You will explain estimates to customers, assist with insurance questions, and promote additional services. This fast-paced role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in an estimating role within the collision and repair industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle damage and repair requirements.
• Solid understanding of insurance company processes and guidelines.
• Proven track record of upselling services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain estimates clearly.
• Competence in cash handling procedures and sales techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Overview/Responsibilities:
