• Review ERP environment and governance framework to establish the foundation for planning and delivery.
• Assess technology environment with Technology Services to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain the project management plan (schedule, risk log, issue log, communications plan).
• Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement to support readiness and change management.
• Monitor progress to ensure objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate cross‑functional team meetings and track action items.
• Provide regular status updates and risk recommendations to Administration and the project team.
