Job summary

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) seeks a Senior Analyst, IT Business Systems to lead the ERP implementation modernizing finance and procurement. You will oversee planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a smooth migration and acting as IT's liaison throughout the lifecycle.

You will work within Corporate Services, Information Technology & Records Management, at Head Office (5 Shoreham Drive), 35 hrs/week, with 5% travel.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations for a multi-service organization.
Experience with Project Management and Business Analysis methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches
Experience working with software development lifecycle approaches

Responsibilities

Leads the implementation of TRCA’s ERP solution.
Monitors budget and timelines, developing mitigation strategies for variances.
Leads ERP procurement RFPs, tenders, and vendor evaluations.
Co-ordinates intake of new projects, develops charters and scopes of work, plans resourcing and timelines.
Promotes technology solutions and improvements across internal units.
Supports vendor management, including contract performance, SLAs, and issue resolution.
