You will collaborate with a small team to gather requirements, configure solutions, and install software components to achieve fast time-to-value. We value strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus experience in municipal finance or implementation roles.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Municipal Finance experience is an asset.
• Experience as an Implementation Specialist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL databases.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP product implementation for the first 6+ months.
• Meet with clients after sale to collect information for cost, quality, and schedule to ensure quick value.
• Work with team to deliver a project plan for each client’s installation.
• Communicate with clients throughout implementation to obtain feedback and approvals.
• Learn, configure, and install software systems and components.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to create raving fans.
• Ensure the project team is aware of key deliverables and milestones.
