Position Summary

The Project Manager, Corporate Integrations & Transformation will lead and coordinate complex corporate projects, large-scale ERP deployments, technology implementations, process improvements, and post-acquisition integration initiatives. Working closely with Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and other business functions, this role will bring structure, accountability, and effective project management to initiatives that support the organization's continued growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading complex, cross-functional projects, managing multiple stakeholders, identifying risks, and driving initiatives from planning through implementation and closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ERP deployments, technology implementations, and system enhancements from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Lead and manage corporate transformation projects, process improvement initiatives, and integration activities.
• Coordinate post-acquisition integration activities, including the alignment of systems, processes, data, and business operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and project documentation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and other departments.
• Establish project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and measures of success.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, dependencies, issues, and potential delays.
• Develop mitigation strategies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure key decisions, action items, and accountabilities are documented and followed through.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, implementation readiness, and user adoption.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and outcomes and provide regular updates to project sponsors and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure project deliverables and timelines are achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain project status reports, risk registers, project documentation, and other project management tools.
• Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders throughout project implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programs or projects.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP deployments and/or enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, business transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
• PMP certification required.
• PROSCI certification required.
• Strong project planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing business priorities.
• Willingness to travel periodically to operating locations and acquired businesses.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.

Candidates with extensive experience leading complex enterprise programs, large-scale ERP deployments, and transformation initiatives may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
