Job summary

Elk Valley Resources (EVR), part of the Glencore Group, presents an immersive 12-month co-op starting January 2027 in British Columbia. You will participate in health and safety programs and support the development and maintenance of ERM framework documentation and system requirements.

This role focuses on data cleansing, mapping, and initial ERM system uploads, with opportunities for mentorship and hands-on experience in enterprise risk management within mining operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, analytics or MIS/Economics.
• Strong analytical and data-cleaning skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in EVR health and safety programs on site.
• Assist with ERM framework documentation and system requirements.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, and uploads for ERM system.
• Help validate data and ensure alignment with business rules.
• Prepare ERM outputs for the Annual Report and related analyses.
• Contribute to data standardization and data quality checks.
