Job summary

Williams Machinery, a Platinum Certified Canada's Best Managed Company, invites a Service Coordinator to join our team in Western Canada. You will be the connection between customers, technicians, and parts teams, managing service requests, coordinating repairs, and keeping customers informed from start to finish.

Build relationships, understand needs, and use your mechanical knowledge to help customers decide on the best repair path.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating service requests and repairs is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of equipment and mechanical concepts is beneficial.
