Job summary

Jardeg-Construction seeks an Equipment Operator for the CNRL Albian outage near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This temporary posting supports Heartland Constructors Inc. for a 15–21 day outage, with 12-hour shifts and camp accommodations.

Flights are provided from Calgary or Edmonton. You will follow supervisor instructions, operate equipment safely, and read gauges; CSTS 09/CSO, pre-access drug test, basic rigging, and Zoom Boom/Skid Steer certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• CSTS 09 or CSO certification
• Basic Rigging
• Equipment-specific certification: Zoom Boom and Skid Steer

Responsibilities

Jardeg is recruiting Equipment Operator’s to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for the 2026 Fall Outage. Day and night shifts are available. Flights are provided from Edmonton and Calgary.

Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade. This is a temporary role starting as early as October 3rd. Duration is 15-21 days, working 12 hours per day, straigh through the outage. Day shift and night shift positions available.
