Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or Business.
5–7 years of experience in equipment management, operations, or project management.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
Experience with AI, automation, or digital workflows is a plus; data visualization tools are assets.

Responsibilities

Category Management & Innovation: manage equipment solutions portfolio and optimize reliability.
Project Management: oversee timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination.
Testing & Validation: conduct lab/field tests and time-motion studies.
Implementation & Support: provide resources and training for equipment deployment.
Vendor relationships: SLAs, service coverage, and performance reviews.
