Job summary

Ontario Medical Supply in Ottawa is seeking an Equipment Delivery Driver to ensure efficient delivery and installation of medical supplies with excellent customer service. Location: Ontario Medical Supply, Ottawa (1100 Algoma Road, Ottawa, ON).

We offer a full-time permanent role with a Monday–Friday schedule, salary of $20.19 per hour, and responsibilities including safe driving, documentation, and client communication. Experience with medical equipment installation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school.
• Minimum 1 year full-time driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Ottawa and surrounding area.
• Active Ontario driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Background check required.
• Bilingual English/French an asset.
• Experience with installation of home medical equipment is an asset.
• Health and safety training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver/pick-up equipment, medication or supply parcels.
• Complete and submit delivery documentation/paperwork.
• Liaise with clients regarding parcel delivery and pick up.
• Load/unload vehicle using safe lifting practices.
• Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections.
• Report delivery issues to dispatcher and/or Order Desk.
• Complete general cleaning duties.
