Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years experience with electrical design

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer responsible for developing electrical control panel schematics for various projects. This role involves working from preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other relevant data to ensure successful design and implementation of electrical systems. The Senior Electrical Designer will contribute to project proposals, kick-offs, design reviews, panel fabrication support, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and project closeout. As a senior lead, you will facilitate workload management, mentor junior and intermediate team members, and address any deficiencies within the team. Additionally, this role oversees the ePlan management software, leading its implementation organization-wide.
